The actress, 37, dared to bare in a sheer black dress with bold black flowers as she arrived at the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation Gala in St Tropez, France on Wednesday alongside model Jessica Stam, who was wearing an equally revealing look.
The women left little to the imagination in their barely-there Francesco Scognamiglio gowns, with Michelle's design worth a staggering $2,600 (£1,700) and the leggy blonde's costing an eye-watering $3,000 (£1,900). see more photo after the cut...
