Times change! 50 Cent ditches the Dolce & Gabbana and diamonds in favor of a rubber watch and plain gray suit as he appears in court about his bankruptcy

Day in court: Jackson recently lost a lawsuit to a woman named Lastonia Leviston whose sex tape he posted online in a row with rapping rival Rick Ross
On Monday night, 50 Cent hit the red carpet in style, wearing a three-piece green satin suit from Dolce & Gabbana's Spring 2015 line paired with diamond-encrusted watch.
But come Tuesday morning, the In Da Club rapper - whose real name is Curtis Jackson - dressed down to a simple gray suit that looked off-the-rack , and traded the rocks on his time piece for plain black metal or plastic, as he appeared in Manhattan court to testify about his alleged bankruptcy.
Even though a recent appraisal estimated the rapper's worth at $150million, Jackson claims he is $28million in debt and even owes nearly $2,000 to his own grandfather.

Jackson has admitted that the bankruptcy move was just to stall a lawsuit payout to a woman who sued him after he posted her sex tape online.
He appeared in Manhattan Supreme Court on Tuesday to testify in front of a jury about his fortune, as they weigh how much to order him to pay sex-tape victim Lastonia Leviston.
Since filing for personal bankruptcy in Connecticut last week, Jackson has looked anything but deprived as he has jetted across the U.S. promoting Southpaw, his new movie starring Jake Gyllenhaal.
Last Tuesday, Jackson attended a club night at Harrah's Resort in Atlantic City, flashing a wad of $5,000 in $100 bills in his pocket on the red carpet.
