Size 10 mother who can pull lorries and carry 27 stone on her shoulders is crowned Britain's strongest woman

                        Katherine pulls a four-by-four vehicle along the road for a competition in a challenge she says is the 'hardest'
A size ten hairdresser has swapped styling locks for pulling trucks and cars and been crowned Britain's strongest woman. 
Mother-of-two Katherine Bartlett, who weighs a meagre 9st 11lb and is just 5ft 6in tall, has only been involved with the sport for three years but has already secured two titles.
The 31-year-old, from Southampton, Hampshire, said: 'I train five times a week for about 12 hours with a personal trainer that I have.
                                              In just three short years, Katherine has managed to scoop two major titles as well as trophies

                        The mother-of-two gave up  a career in hairdressing for pulling lorries and trucks in competitive sports

                        The hairdresser competes in a strongwoman competition while, lifting massive barbells in front of onlookers
                     Katherine has received some body-shaming comments, but uses it as a source of motivationThe mother-of-two has admitted that she has to watch what she eats, but she tends not to massively restrict herself with food
                     For the competitions, Katherine can end up carrying 27st on her shoulders
